Return any item within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item
- Email support@hossishop.online with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
- Ship the item back using the carrier of your choice.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned:
- Within 30 days of the delivery date
- In unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- With proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Perishable goods
- Sealed items that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Downloadable digital products
Faulty or Wrong Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Please include a photo of the issue in your email to speed up the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.
You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued. Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional days depending on your bank.
If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement once the return is received.
Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty/wrong items: We cover return shipping in full.
- Change of mind returns: Return shipping is at your expense.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
EU Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day period at support@hossishop.online.
