Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order on our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.
Customs & Import Duties
All our shipments originate from within the EU. No customs duties should apply for deliveries within EU member states.
For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, UK), the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@hossishop.online and we will investigate with the carrier.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@hossishop.online. We cannot change the address after the order has been dispatched.
