Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the sale of products through hossishop.com by Hossain Mosharef (sole trader, Ditta Individuale), Via Milano 25f, 30172 Venice, Italy ("Seller", "we", "us") to you, the customer ("Buyer").

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms in full.

All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and include any applicable taxes under our current tax regime (Regime Forfettario). Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight colour variations may occur due to monitor settings.

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by email. A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. out-of-stock, pricing error, suspected fraud).

Payment is processed securely by Stripe Inc.. We accept major credit/debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store card details.

We ship to EU countries. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and checkout. These are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Risk of loss transfers to you on delivery.

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at support@hossishop.online before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; customised or made-to-order products.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days. We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or full refund. Under Italian law, goods carry a legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

All content on hossishop.com (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written consent.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Venice, Italy. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
